Working Vacation
so...even though I have been out of town, I have been busy working hard with vendors and searching for things that I know you (& I) cannot live with out! I have found something that has me super excited and can't wait to make it available to you! Even if you don't drink spirits or vino, (is there such a person?) this is for you!

10 Second Mo
OK...for those of you who know me, know I have an a eye for detail.

Well good thing I have someone looking out for me..
One little oversight and BAM...
One would think that I would have copied the same name from the business license, business cards and the domain name I chose..
So..nothing major just a note to you all that the web address will be www.Mo-uncorked.com
Now, lets get back to the task at hand...shopping and scouring trade show dates to bring you some fab wine accessories!

Mo's Choice
So...I am in the 'ol drinking chair, on the deck, hot afternoon and my glass is empty...
I go into the "room" and this is my go to wine for just this occasion.
The A to Z Riesling.
The brilliant gold 2011 A to Z Riesling has fresh aromas of lime blossom, tangerine, green tea, mint and wet stone that evolve to nuances of petrol, white currants, jasmine and melon. In the mouth, the wine mirrors the aromatics and is rich and impeccably structured through racy acidity and a touch of sweetness. The finish is long and complete giving a final glimpse of minerals and white flowers. This wine should have no problem aging and gaining complexity over the next ten years although it is already drinking great now. A VERSATILE FOOD WINE, it pairs exceptionally well with spicy foods which play nicely against the dynamic layers of this Riesling. THIS RIESLING IS: medium sweet.
I also love the fact that its from Oregon (where I come from).
The green long neck bottle with a raised floral design is fun and I found a great way to use the empty bottle... I fill it up with water and use it in my flower pots as watering spouts.
So if you find yourself in the above mentioned situation or just with an empty glass uncertain of what to pour...this is a great go to wine. ENJOY

Welcome to MoUNCORKED
Ok...so here it goes.
The launch of MoUNCORKED...
Well not the launch necessarily but rather the shout out that it's coming!
For those of you you who know me, the warning is much needed.
I have decided to bring my love of wine, spirits and all the fun things that go with it to you at a fraction of the retailers. If you are looking for something in particular, let me know and I can find it for you. If you are local and need a gift basket put together for any occasion nothing is out of the question. My goal is to have this site and inventory ready to go by October 2012. I will be blogging of the progress and all the fun that it brings along the way so be sure to check back often and like Mo-uncorked.com on Facebook and follow me as well on Twitter. Once the store is up and running, this blog will turn into a fun way to learn about the products and new ideas that come my way.
So until then..
